Shopping

Ready to checkout? Our secure checkout process has you covered. Simply click the Shopping Bag symbol in the top right corner of your web browser to complete your transaction. Don’t worry, we never store your credit card information.

We accept VISA, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, JCB and PayPal

 

Domestic Shipping

Once your order has been received please allow two business days for your order to process. Orders received Friday, Saturday and Sunday will be processed the following Monday and usually ship the following Wednesday.

For your security and convenience all orders are shipped via FedEx Ground. Please allow 5-7 business days for your order to deliver once it has been shipped.

Please note our Fulfillment Center is closed Saturday, Sundays and all major holidays.

 

International Shipping

For your security and convenience all international orders are shipped via FedEx International Ground. Please allow 10-21 business days for your order to arrive once it has been shipped. Orders outside of the USA may be subject to import taxes, duties and fees determined by your country.

With clientele around the world, Glam and Glits has decades of international shipping experience however due to customs and border restrictions we cannot ship to Mexico, Italy or Spain.

 

Duties and Taxes

It usually takes 10-15 business days for orders to arrive in your country however, in some instances, delivery may be delayed depending on your country's customs. Glam and Glits is not responsible for applicable customs fees, import duties, taxes/VAT (Value Added Tax) or any other charges. The customer is responsible for the charges, even if the shipment is refused upon delivery.

 

Returns and Exchanges

Need to make a return? Download and fill out the Merchandise Return form from the link below and include it in your shipment with your returned items and a copy of your original invoice. Glam and Glits will replace any product that is damaged during deliver if contacted within 15 days of delivery.

Once returned items have been confirmed, we will immediately exchange unopened products or credit the payment to your account. Please allow 2-3 weeks from the return shipped date for your account to be credited. Shipping and handling charges are not refundable.
